Dated record of material changes — plan closures, architectural shifts, and significant doc-level edits. Each entry links to the now-current pages so this list stays a navigation surface, not a mirror of the docs.

The guide and decisions pages describe the current state. This page describes how we got here. When old design context is useful (a "before/after" diagram, a trade-off that was considered and rejected), it lives in the changelog entry, not in the current-state docs.

Convention: one Markdown file per entry, named YYYY-MM-DD-short-slug.md. Entries listed below newest-first.
